Vodafone 555 flashing still frezzing...???

is the second time i have this phone in my hand
i flash the phone still phone frezze in logo
i find only 1 flash file in support
supporter did yo check is ok this flash file
or add another one

i write again the phone
i write security rebuild
back up
i make format the phone
still phone showing in display freezing picture and turn off

You dont need to flash that file. Mus tgo security rebuild and use that file !
