any steps to follow, how to unlock vodafone 830i with Fgold? i downloaded 'MTV3.4' file from support, run 'DriverSetup' in the folder: 'DevSetup_for_sfr'. when plugged fone in Test Mode, nothing happened, click 'Scan Interfaces' still nothing happened. Note: using USB Cable for V810, phone is charging when normally plugged fone to USB port. Any support pls.

good news, i just restarted my pc, and solved the problem...all good.

My vodafone 830i has been unlocked using USB cable for V810, not original cable as recommended by others, so you can use this cable too as tested.
