Ive entered this unlock code, one time, and has showed that code is wrong. i also tried this on a different handset yesterday and it also showed same error.. I suspected that yesterdays phone was blocked, until i received this brand new phone today and i can see the same error

1- reset the number of tries
2- unlock it?
