Step 1

Disable MTP

Step 2

Disable USB Debugging

Step 3

Reboot your phone with cable conected, when the phone reboot it asking for a drivers so you can install manualy the coolpad USB driver ( can be find in support Area )

Step 4

Unlock your phnoe

If you cannot disable MTP in menu ,open device manager,right click on MTP and disable.After make unlock.100% WORK

hello, can you help me please follow the step as in this post, and after reniciar the mobile phone, the device always asks me mtp drivers, do not ask me Qualcom drivers

Install them. Can be found on .\Program Files\yulong\adb

it seems impossible to disable mtp

You can go device manager and disable it as some user suggested earlier. Also be sure you have Vodafone V888N/SMART 4G model. Smart 4 Turbo / V889N seems that wont create any ports. In online on skype if you need any assitance

i did disable it from device manager but still no diag ports
it's a 8860U aka SMART 4G btw
