Burebista!!!

Are you sure about what you have said!
Have you tryed it?
I havent had still the possibility of getting a phone of those but accordind to some reports on Sigma they say the following
Quote:
SigmaKey 2.01.00 MTK: Direct unlock
Android Gadget VCOM Driver (COM170), Provider: MediaTek Inc., Driver ver.: 2.0.1136.0, Date: 9/1/2011, USB\Vid_0bb4&Pid_0005&Rev_0255&MI_02
Baseband Processor: MT6572, E01
Version: JRDHZ72_WE_VF_JB3_HSPA_HW
Firmware: MOLY.WR8.W1315.MD.WG.MP.V1.P4
IMEI: 359729051076850
Security area saved to "C:\Documents and Settings\Qasim Mehar\My Documents\SigmaKey\security backup\359729051076850_MT6572, E01 JRDHZ72_WE_VF_JB3_HSPA_HW MOLY_WR8_W1315_MD_WG_MP_V1_P4 (0).skb"
Unlocking phone...Done
Restarting phone...Done
And it reports to be a MTK and not any Snapdragon.
But I just mentioned that because I havent had the chance of experimenting that
Since you have one in your hands you could try it or Dump it in order to give the files to Hack3r2K to try to work on them.

But this is just a suggestion.
In order to unlock them they need working material.

@Rui Romano,
according to first post the user has gaved the specifications from another model;
it seems not to be the same Vodafone 888n with Vodafone smart 4.
I didn't said it's 100% true what I said because I was asked to unlock that model but I didn't received it after I made the post.
I was only telling that was impossible to unlock it by brcm or mtk reader if it was qcomm as is related in first post.
I was asked by other colegues from other shops but I'm not stupid to tell them what tools to use to try unlock it :P
Is there clear now?
Regards!
