were am i going wrong gt 540

i downloaded latest q com tool 1.0.0.6607, installed drivers and tried to unlock a gt 540 . first i searched forum it says i should do sec restore then unlock but when i do sec restore it says

1. YOU MUST HAVE FURIOUS BOX AND ALL FILES YOU FIND ON SUPPORT
2. YOU CAN DIRECT UNLOCK PHONES THAT WERE UPDATE TO V20 . AND YOU CAN' T UNLOCK PHONES THAT CAME WITH V20 FROM FACTORY
