we buy credit but impossible to unlock it

I have same Problem 40 credit nec lost!!!

Status info

COUNTER 1: 0
COUNTER 2: 35
COUNTER 3: 15
COUNTER 4: 14
COUNTER 5: 0

my counts already activated
and iam never unlocked any nec!!!!

I have the same issue here, lost all 40 credits, i think it will be fixed in the next update, along with the cid 52 unlock all being well.
