I have furious doongle & want to get flash files. Please give me support area to download files

Just use "go support" from maintainance sw. And download all you need.

This may happen in mentioned below cases.
1. your box is not activated properly.
2. box is formatted but not updated by latest fw.
3. too old maintainance sw used.
