Please team, unblock my box, my order is not delivered It's about two and half weeks my order is not delivered then they block my box , I send message more than 20 times no replied , is this fear or not

my box ID is 7CEEA1DE, I pay through paypal 22 Jul 2012 08:40:51 AEST
Transaction ID: 61793366MA980160H, i use google talk to contact steve no respond and even on skype no respond, i use all the chain of communication just to solve my problen no respond, then i open case with paypal just to get in touch no respond in the other way round they block my box, I contact my box reseller he told that i should drop the case then contact the author, i drop the case i try again to contact through furious home page i send message no one replied, is this the right way to treat value *******r let me know.

Well in first case your purchase was with us or your reseller?

Second, never ever do a cancel payment at paypal. This way has been used many times by some cheaters (which do not mean you are) and because of that we got issues at paypal. So, as a countermeasure we blck the box till solved.

Now, next step, know if your purchase was with us or not and, if it was with us and the order continues paid it will be solved around wednesday when hack3r2k will finish his holidays (less than a week guys)

It's always better to ask through forum as I see more than twice a day and usually hack3r2k, and if not seen by him I send him reminder about the post

If you try to cheat using paypal chargeback we block the box. Whats your order id ?
