Yes it is possible to unlock it with code from server, and with some little help from support YOU CAN RESET COUNTER.
Phone camed in with counter blocked saying invalid sim (with no enter code option) but Mr.hacker managed to help me out remotely, so now phone has sim 1&2 unlocked

I don't think it's available for public (yet). Mr. Daniel assisted me remotely and used modified amdo exe.... i think it was version 10641, but we must wait for update. The phone also needed proper root (SU).
