I have requested below unlock about more than 14 days back and service time is 4 days. I have tried to cancel the request but its giving me message that "This request is not in pending so it can't be put on cancel"

I have mailed your supporting team 3 to 4 times and got reply yesterday that its not possible to cancel even after 13 days. we have taken money from customer for a quick unlock and paid higher amount to make it faster and its taking forever. I want to request you to cancel this as soon as possible. I have posted in your forum also but still no reply.

I have already refunded to the customer and not in a need of this unlock. please cancel and refund as soon as possible.

as far as I know all the AT&T unlock services are working smooth everywhere else.
