Y301 A2 unlocking instructions


Can someone please provide me with the unlocking procedure for this phone. I need detailed instructions; like what mode should phone be on, should USB debugging be enabled, etc.

PACK5 latest version, phone must be on with adb on, check ADB MODE and the soft and unlock it

It's not working for me, I'm using windows 7, could that be the problem? abd not working.
