Y330 restart on logo

I have y330 that restart on logo. Customer says that he was trying to install a custom recovery file now phone is in a restarting loop.
How can I fix this? Is there flash file on support for this phone?

Thanks buddy but I have been to the site and not find anything. Alcatel upgrade has upgrade files for their models on there site but not Huawei
