As i mentioned before no model with android 8 is supported at all if it shipped from factory with that version. If was upgraded from lower version to 8 then it wil lwork

It's tricky and risky but for advanced users should be ok (must do tp, write board sw, changed vendor and country, update fw + customisation). For some work for some not. Partition table is different. You can't know if was upgraded or shipped with oreo. Best is to try.
