zte a316+ call not possible problem - GSM-Forum

dear fg team ihavwe one phone.when i try to call it shows call not possible. i have checked network id other call setting but no result..

i unlock , reset user code ,rest factory but nothing

and body plz help me on this issue

its not blocked dear what i want to say that.. when i push dail button on same time its give the error

call not possible
