Trying to do the reset in boot mode:

Searching phone;
For an successful connection do the following:
1. Power on the phone and power it off and leave the battery inside
2. Keep pressed firmly volume DOWN key
3. Insert the usb cable inside the phone while keeping pressed volume DOWN
Phone detected (@oem54.inf,%dvcdsc%;SCI USB2Serial)
Preparing to sync; 
Port opened [COM242];
Mobile type: SPRD3
Connected;
Starting;
FDL sent;
Syncing;
ERROR: Sync failed;
and it just stops there. In diag mode I can do format but the frp remains active

Post log from boot mode. Probably you have an different model which requires diff loaders

Get from support SPD SERVICE TOOL - Update 1.0.0.3783 and select ZTE BLADE V10 VITA GEN and it should work
