And i dont understand what you want ? How to find pins by simply looking pics ? Simply try dots near sim connector. you have 9 free dots. tons of posibilities. Or send us pcb to find the pins

Find a new model Alcatel OT-303 etc... kit hands free or another hands free kit as Chinesse phone ( cable pin must be 10 ) same as motorola mini usb ( but not same pin that motorola , then can't use it for ) with this pinout :

Also, did you try or just say it's not working?

Anyway hack3r2k tried with charger connector not board pinout, so how can he help you, or me which never have seen such phone
