Zte l130 smart kicka 4 unlocking

Is the zte L130 smart kicka 4 supported for unlocking?/tried using spdtool and got this

Searching phone;
For an successful connection do the following:
1. Connect the phone powered off with the battery inside to the usb cable
Phone detected (@oem168.inf,%usbcomm_dl%;SPRD U2S Diag)
Preparing to sync;
Port opened [COM23];
Entering diagnostic mode;
Done;
ERROR: SCI USB2Serial port open failed;

This phone will connect just fine using one of the generic methods but the unlock wont work. Until i dont get a sample of it no unlock solution will come
