Use unbranded dashboard software

can you explain what is unbranded dashboard software

The dashboard it's the software from your provider to connect internet with this modem. In this case SMART. So search for a ZTE unbranded dash (searching like that may work). In Spain the providers have locked them.

It may be an issue with the software or maybe the unlock was not well performed
