Can't Register Furious Gold Box

i got a Furious-Gold HTC Blackberry Box, i installed all drivers , maintenance tool recognize the dongle but when i try to register by going to the suport Area it says:

Your FuriousGold is nearly ready! But it was not activated by your reseller. Please contact him and ask him to activate your account.
Thank you.

I have sent email to Furious Steve, I have tryed sending messages from furiousGold contact form on the page, I posted a coment asking for help on their facebook page, and have even today tryed contacting on of the furiouteam moderator, but until the moment without any answer.

About the moderator until the moment have nothing to complain since he only was contacted today, and can still haven't come to the forum, but the other trys I have made have the first more than 3 days, the coment on facebook have 2 days several posts from furious-gold and no answer to me.

My question is:
How can really contact with furiousgold support, since I even tryed waitting to the chat services where online and after 24hours watting still no response.

No furious steve, nothing.

If someone knows a way to really contact them please inform me.
Or if some moderator have the chance to activate my box please do

I manage the facebook page and i havent seen any post. Give me the order id and i activate it. This if was bought from us directly
