ZTE P728B counter blocked..!!!

plzz .:hack3r2k:. , how can solve this problem..

i've soft reseted by *983*57# but not solved..

can't find hard reset... or other things...

Attach the phone to the USB now ...
Phone found on COM86 and initialized;
Reading imei;
IMEI: 868322-*********Reading data;
Log saved: DD000000010000000003003132333435.bin
MaxUnlockAttempt: 03
ResetCounter: 00
SimLockSignature: 123456789012
NetworkLock: 96000265 [ENABLED]
NetSubsetLock: 20872465 [DISABLED]

Enter a restricted sim, go to dialer and type *983*258# and input after the unlock code !

Is impossible counter to be locked after factory reset. Simply impossible

Must have one accepted sim inside and that code will work !

I tried with accepted SIM and with code *983*258# but it nothing happends, if I press call button phone dials this number!

I also factory reset the phone but same problem!

Is any other code!? Or solution!?

If not work not neither if the other codes work then there is nothing to be done

without sim card turn on phone go to setings and do full reset from menu, after that turn of the phone and put non acepted sim card and go to emergency dial and type *983*258# and put code.

I had same situation - counter blocked

Just go Settings/Privacy/FactoryReset
Now you can enter code
