ZTE S518 unlock problem

I try to flash and look on atached file.

How to unlock this phone?
I've genereted code with MTK_Keygen, but can't input this code becouse
this code not work:
FOR SOME MODELS TYPE *983*8284# OR ###825*09# (WITHOUT SIM) TO ENTER THE N.P. CODE.

Read the flash using otzflasher and attach here. This is and old/different model. All S518 fws are P110A17. Yours is A19

After I mad FORMAT FILE SYSTEM and now phone is not POWER ON
I can't write back the dump file, becouse OTZ Flasher doesn't accept this dump file. Maybe thats why, that this file is smaller, only 1446kB ?

Help me please

Yeah this is an old format S518. Cannot be flashed by otzflasher. DUmp was from working phone ?

Try pick some other zte or any other model with 6252 MTK cpu

How can i know when you have the phone ? One of tehm must work. Is nothing special at it

Why I can't write with OTZ Flasher ?
Convert from *.bin to *.otz please and I'll try with your SW.

I lost a lot of time to repair this cheap phone.
I need a fast and easy solution.

You can't write with otzflasher because the loaders there accept only v5 format firmware files while you old crap is v3. Can contact me over skype and we fix it
