Cool ZTE T-Mobile Concord V768/Voda Smart V860/Alca OT-983 Counter blocked Easy Solution !

  1. Put the phone on fastboot mode by pressing volume up + power
  2. write the bellow commands in exactly the same order
  • fastboot erase cache
  • fastboot erase userdata
  • fastboot reboot

Probably this will work for other broadcom based models. Will add this on soft also. But since i got stressed a lot for nothing i thought to post this useful findings

Kindly update this module and make counter lock reset possible for Vodafone Smart Chat II (V860) and ZTE V768. It will be mostly appreciated. More power to your elbow.
Regards

http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f272...nlock-1663236/

put phone in fastboot mode by pressing Volume up+Power button or Volume down+power button, or just press volume down or up and inser cable, phone will show only Android Logo. (its mean phone is in fastboot mode) then
erase cache and Wipe in Fastboot Mode with "Android Multi Tools Ver.1.02b",
