dont know if its figured out? but this worked for me on adb run through command and go to were u have the platform tools and type fastboot. then with phone off press volume up and power wen android logo plug usb, next just type
fastboot erase cache
fastboot erase userdata
fastboot reboot and thats it.

man this forum saved my life its no easy if you dont have an idea.
