Use dc-uninstaller to remove all unused ports than install drivers from mtk reader folder

Do you use MTK code reader to unlock this ZTE T12? Could you please tell me how to use the reader briefly? I downloaded the MTK code reader, but it just flash and go after I click the icon. Do I need some hardware (something call smart card?) or other software so that I can unlock my mobile?
Or maybe if it is too complicate to explain to me, would you mind to calculate the network password for me? My IMEI is 862031010105221

Correct, the software sets the unlock code to other, we don't generate codes
