Zte T12 Unlock problem - GSM-Forum

I try to unlock zte t12 all drivers are Ok as see in pic but error comes.
plz take a look and guide me for unlock this model.

Code:

Searching phone;
Phone detected (PreLoader USB VCOM (Android))
Preparing to start meta mode; 
Searching for debug port; (be sure drivers from support were installed)
Debug Port found on Android Gadget VCOM Driver (COM11);
Preparing to connect meta mode; 
ERROR: BootROM start command passed, but target has no response until timeout

Remove other usb devices and retry

all Usb devices removed but same reult.

pls try on win7 64bits ,i had the same problem in win xp.

thanks to all who help me and after all @sunny suggestion i use win7 64bit and set unlock easily.i think not compatible with xp sp2.

I mostly test all sw on win xp sp3.
