Yes i think that's the facts !
even with Original AT&T sim it ask code !

how can i find Original security back up for this phone ? customer came with phone in this condition ! so my first backup not help me. can anybady help me with this ?

All so i have small correction,
it's not asking unlock code with Original AT&T sim (at&t is working) only Problem is not unlocked with other sim !

If you find it ok with at&t sim go inside make a reset and unlock again with or without sim .. its kind of wired these phones are 123 unlocked with fg besides
