Would you mind to read when I write? It's frustrating to write and not being read...

ERROR 02: You press counters/status info button and since you haven't transfered credits yet but you presed ASK REFILL then you have no credits info till you will enter the REFILL STRING from the webpage

As you can see this means the software didn't got your string

Samirr, have you transfered your ZTE credits? Have you used the refill string if followed the procedure?
Bok46, retry, enter the string again, and tell me, there is any error. Try few times and be sure not empty points when you copy the string

yes i use the refill srting first time was al ok status info give credits transfered but yesterday as i want to use zte module its gime errors now please can you in moment calculate for me this imei customer is urgent

yes i have formatted to change pack because not enough memory in the dongel is there any solution for that please.

And when i try to transfer credit again support say's You don't have any credits to transfer!..
