i bought blazer box for the past seven months now all i always here is communication error,or new hardware dectcted ak for update.i have never used it to unlock a set for once what do i do to solve this problem.need serious help

open the box and search inside for a diode D4.
remove it and your box will work.
it was a factorry mistake on new boxes.
