Which versions can and can't be unlocked with Blazer (6.1)? How old/new are the phones that can't be unlocked?

A full list of versions that can be unlocked, and can't be unlocked would be great, thanks!

As far as I know these CAN be unlocked:

V100
V102
V103

What about V104? How old/new is this, and are the newer versions?

1) I don't think Blazer supports flashing of LG U8120?
2) I would like to know which versions that's supported, and which versions that isn't supported.

Blazer cannot LG U8120 v104 and up. Where is the support for this product, I can do more with free programs than with this expensive box
