badest support where is my accesssssssssssssssss


i buy original delok

and i have the dongle from week ago and tell now i don't know even my serial number i mailed the support many times and no replay

i mailed my reseller he said for me delok not answer him

plz what i can dooooooooooo

i need to work with this s h i t dongle or i have to put it in the trash

when delok will walkup

where is the support ?????????

Hi moustafatch

I feel ur pain I have original Delok alcatel, sendo and philips I have got my activation etc but downloading flash files are a pain in the *** slow connection, 1 file at a time etc etc

Dear Friends,

Same problem here. I have received my dongle last week and still wait for access to the support area.
I bought DELOK thinking it is the best for philips, but i am getting tired.

If i will not get answer from DELOK team till monday, i will return the dongle back

we all know that
he have the best software for philips but no support = badest product

This happened to me also when I bought original alcatel delok's dongle, it took more than a week before I was given an access for support.

Now, I bought again original sendo delok's dongle, I'm expecting again a week of delay before I can use this dongle since I haven't got a software from the reseller.(As usual, the reseller adviced to get it directly from delok).

So, anyone here who can give me delok's sendo service software so I can test the dongle as I'm waiting for delok's reply? Kindly email it to:[email protected] . Thanks.

I don' t have the same experience.

I bought Philips dongle from Julvir, more than 2 years ago and till now, I always had fastly updates for new firmwares, new phones ... and the most important, I never damage any phone.

I don' t know any tools like that, unlocking, flashing, writing Imei ... etc on all models, all versions, during so much time. Do you ?

Last week, I bought, always from Julvir, Sendo dongle, 2 days after I had access to support.

So, don' t worry, if your reseller is serious, you' ll have your support and will unlock or repair Philips phones for long time.

Delok' s server is slow, ok, but it will change in few times.... I hope.

The Delok dongles that we bought were from his official resellers. I know that the reseller I bought from is 100% trustable. The problem lies with Delok. They do not supply the user names and passwords for the downloads, nor do they reply to e-mails sent. Delok's products may be good, that is why we purchased them, but with no support they are worthless.

I don' t understand where your pb comes from.


When I received my dongles and the soft, I checked the dongle ID on the soft and sent it to Julvir. He returned me loggin and pw for accessing to support. That' s all.

You must have software when you buy delok dongle, to check your ID.
Delok won' t give support to cloned so he needs this ID.
If you ask access just saying " I have original dongle, give me loggin+pw", of course, he won' t reply.


The good method with Delok is to buy the dongle one week before you need it.

For info, some original delok's reseller sale only dongle without the software. The buyer is just advised to mail and ask delok for the software and support.
