its true replacement at price 200-300 usd its nonsense! multibox updates r slowly and still kils phones! on market on this price we have several soliution like polar Box, Thunderstorm, Redbox etc. many functions that are implemented now in multibox are supported by other boxes many time ago. their main difference jtag 4 sendo is useles because its impocible to backup any fhone caming to u but it is very possible that phone not power on after flashing and jtag want help because in many cases phone conects 2 box. another truble is flashing speed 4 sendo it TOO SLOW! philips support is quiet good but still r bugs and number of localised flashes is not complete. on thunderstorm support is much more flash files. another fault 4 me is that multibox cant work like multitask program and it cant work whis extended cables only whis own port! what will be if it brokes? just put box in garbige? so we r waiting 4 another price then 200-300 usd!

good news for delok users.for the price i think $150 to 175$ is the best option and fesible

Why offer a cheap upgrade option now for ppl who have orginal delok dongles.

I have orginal delok dongle and have already purchased a multi box so why should others get discount and ppl who have already bought the box get nothing.

1000 % Agree with you.....This Dongle remplacement comes too LATE...
As Delok lost his Gold place like the Powerfull Philips Tool, i remember the big problem on 639 model for example, we all buy new philips solutions like redbox, zealot or rvolume (GSMVolume i mean

) or MultiBox...

And when it has been cracked.....Support has stopped for All Delok Custumer without taking care of us

We didin't forget about all our customers -
support was not stopped at all - we still add some flashes for old models but we didn't add new models - why? - because dongle was cracked and we didn't want to give this product to crackers.
We do not have anyhting against other products cause each of them is unique. Every person choose the product he like! And Multi-box has also its unique features which none of the products in the world has for this moment. As somebody mentions that we forgot about our customers, we just want to thank you creating this topic so that customers could propose the variants of exchange.
Somebody says that "I payed for philips dongle 220 $ why should you pay the same summ for multi-box again" - 1) we didn't say how much you should pay - we want you to propose us decision which would be good for you and for us; 2) we also pay certain summ of money for it; 3) Multi-box consists of many parts which are not even in all Delok dongles together

before considering buying a tool there is a need to think about updates. and also as we've all seen, some authores/programmers fight to support all models regardless of what is actually inside of the phone. this brings to mind the issuse of sendo x. the only new thing is see is empty board flashing but that does not seem very encourage from the post of users. i do not think there is anything special in the support of other brands . i think delock team need a desperate come back as time is starting to tell on them. thus, this update sould not be more that 100 us$ plus or minus shippement. otherwise they will not sell much . just paid for a dead delok sendo 3days , i am not about to spend more for something that does not have real tast.

I think user of DELOKs' dongles should pay less money if he has more dongles. By the way user has Alcatel, Philips and Sendo dongle. He should pay for Multi-Box less than user with one or two different dongles because he invest more money before. Offcourse old dongles don't need to be exchanged. PS: Think that replacement formula should be like this:
P(replacement)=P(Multi-box)-0,5P(Philops)-0,5P(Sendo)-0,5P(Alcatel)-0,5P(Maxon).
Where
P(replacement) - is price of Multi-box for old user;
P(Multi-box) - current price for Multi-box;
P(Philips) - average price of DELOK Philips dongle;
P(Sendo) - average price of DELOK Sendo dongle;
P(Alcatel) - average price of DELOK Alcatel dongle;
P(Maxon) - average price of DELOK Maxon dongle;

Yes - better late even never

- it's realy good idea to make dongle exchange - i was a big fan of Philips and Sendo SW, still use it ( under Win'98

in end of 2005 ) for repair or when other SW give me errors... if there a resonable idea ( price/delivery/future support ) then will buy new box, even i have already alternatives...
To all old users that have already new Multi-box - so this is not a tragedy - just look well - you can catch another more and sell it good ...

I have Delok Sendo and Philips, and dont seem interested in this upgrade or change, or whatever.
One suggestion to all:
The deal should put into consideration the fact that some users have one box, some have 2 (like me) and some even have 3 (Maxon, or so)
So I think the more dongles you have, the lesser money you pay, also it should be done like Vygis: NO NEED RETURNING OLD DONGLES.

By The Way, I dont buy this idea that DELOK is not the programmer of MultiBox, he is, only I think this time, GSMTricks is the financier and risk bearer.
Everything about the software has DELOK 'written' all over it.

Amount ?
If you have one box, pay $170
If you have 2 boxes, pay $130
If you have 3 boxes, pay $100

BTW, if it is possible, the software can be sold to exchange customers without the BOX, just the exe updates. I think the box is only as good as the Sendo dead repair, which I think is bye gone.
