Change of DELOK dongle for Multi-BOX - Page 4 - GSM-Forum

As a reseller (not official), i have sold many delok dongles to my customers,, like sendo, philips,,, now they keep shouting on me to make upgrade to multi-box.. but if we have to pay like 150$ or more, then customer would get really low benefit out of it,, as allready i buy multi-box at some discounted prices.. which is offcourse more than 150-200,, but does not makes a big difference.

so delok,, please consider such cases also.. i hope you get my view.

Hm.. yes thats true - a lot of peoples have DELOK dongles and Multi-box. He must think about it.

Hi,
People who have already a multibox and some old delok dongle will become multibox reseller...for one piece...then they will advertise (and else) multibox... so he must think twice about it

good idea but very late !
and hope after chang with new dongle we will have support for new. ( i dont mean only software update but also hardware warranty for the new one!! )
because i have still many ( old ltp ) dongle back from customer which is damaged and i need pay back because delok never answer mail for chang with new. ( sinds old dongles has support )
waiting for answer for my mails or icq messages.
i have still 15 dongle i think ...

Why all tolking about old and new dongles?
DELOK making update for his products.
Multi-box is a differnet product from others TEAM. So DELOK just a distributor of Multi-box.

what do you mean ? delok give update for old dongle ? ( LTP singel dongle philips or sendo or alcatel and maxon ? )
i dont think so. he just update new flash files. no more update for new phones.
the new dongle multi box so its not from delok team you mean ? he just sale ? hmm like same old dongle all in one with update for this !
hope im wrong and hope he will give update for Old dongle as you see so still can do anythink with this old stock . ( and repair or chang old ones ) i pay even to customer back or order from another friends which have still stock to forward for my customer for damaged dongles. only lose for me.

i never put any post here sinds delok not answer my question sinds 2-3 monht and need pay BACK for customers. hehe customer use 1-2 monht after dongle damaged i pay back.

BTW, if it is possible, the software can be sold to exchange customers without the BOX, just the exe updates. I think the box is only as good as the Sendo dead repair, which I think is bye gone.
