dear DEOK TEAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I nead an answer in how to get my dongle fixed because a WEEK ago i triied to unlock 355 but the SW said ERROR 001 KEY NOT FOUND!!!!!!
I resoldered ATMEGA ; it gets 5V from usb but it seems that this atmega is damaged!!!!

WHAT TO DO ?????
Really if you don't answer here there are 2 posibilities
1: support for thios dongle is GONE!!!!!
2: YOU HAD AN ACCIDENT!!!

It now belongs in my "UNWANTED SOFT" box where it will stay...

A total waste of time and will not buy or resell any more of these products, because support is very poor!

He made all right activations. For request needed to send you ph.prf file to act_request@delok.net , not to delok@delok.net or sales@delok.net

If you dont understand rules why you cry?
All hwo made it correctly recived activations in a shot time.

Did you buy your dongle Direct from Delok?

Did you request the right thing to the right email?

I have had Delok for a long time and they have been very good in replies.

Take Easy man rather than closing the door on Delok or Users open the Window to get some fresh air son, by slaming thing you dont get any where, We are here to give & get help.
May be it is good to have every developer under one roof, as One Stop Shops are the best so you can get what you need in one place, Not a bad idea is it? be positive & try to help if thats possible

I've talked to the reseller and finally I've got the final answer:
If the dongle is damaged I have to send it to DELOK fixing.

But now comes the QUESTION:

WHY DOES DELOK HAVE RESELLERS??
WHY DO THEY GET A PART OF THE PROFFIT ?
AND IF ALL THIS IS TRUE WHY DO I HAVE TO SEND IT TO DELOK AND NOT TO THE RESELLER????

Can anyone tell me how long will it take to "fix" it? Because it has allready been 1 month for an answer and who the hel# knows how long will it be till i will get it back ?!?! If anyone had this problem please let me know how long it took..

Dear, when we buy a product we buy it to use it not to wait around with it not working ( we lose money you know) and plese stop making excuses because the only ones saying that your support is good are all your RESELLERS!!!!!

IF you have bought the dongle directly from DELOK you need to send it to him, if from Resseller - asks from their about chcanging.

My dealer says that delok does not allow this.
And that I have to send it back delok.
