phone was on call customer service i use direct unlock .
phone ask for pck i flash it and set otp imei patch and default eeprom phone unlocked ...but it turn of each 30 sec.
any solution for this .

Try to reflash phone with 355 firmware without using OTP IMEI patch.
Also you can use this codes for reset EEPROM to default
*#7728*#, *#7337*#

After flash 355, phone ask PCK
i used this codes
*#7728*#...Done
*#7337*#...not work
phone still ask PCK
when i read phone with Delok sw all locks are opened
Please help

There is many problems in 355 with ur sw
New version PhST_3xx_53x_63x_Xen9@9++_v31.exe cant solv the problem
the 355 still ask PCK just after flash to change language
As u see many have the same problem

Can I ask a question, how long it will take to activate the philips software?

If you flash phone with 'OTP IMEI Patch' selected, dont try to change IMEI and/or SIM locks after flashing, do it just before flashing.

We sent all activations (about 500 pcs) to all users, who send valid data to act_request@delok.net Check your mailbox

I'm waiting since long time your replay but now i'm disappointed.
You are really problem in 355 with ur sw. My phone is not locked, i just flash it to change language without 'OTP IMEI Patch' selected. Now it ask PCK ????

that's why you have to always read flash baqup to avoid such problems.

my 355 was IMEI corrupted, when I read it it say No OTP IMEI...
I flash it, the set IMEI... now phone IMEI is OK, it works: find network but for 30 secondes it turns off...

So how did you succed to repair yours?
