After 20 days of working dongle I get this message:

Ready...
ERROR 0001
ERROR! KEY not found!
------------------------
I test on two computers!

Is possible to repair this dongle?

I have only found this with dongle without usb ext power and also dongle
from reseler not Delok direct thats the best way to buy direct

I'm buy indirect, but it is from DELOK!
They says that must reinstall win98....At this moment I have not good solution!

your dongle is dead contact your resseler

if you sure power is being supplied to the dongle the probably you dongle is dead.

The biggest problem at Delok dongle is the protection and comunication between dongle and the PC. You must run this dongle in a PC with slow motion,and all antiviruses must be desabled. If your dongle will give you the same erorr 100% your dongle must be reprogrammed. Also some people sell dongle clone and maybe you have something like that and if you have runned original and last soft version , and your dongle is not original, this one has damaged your dongle. If you have used this dongle before and you said it worked,send me your PF file and i will try to help you.

Hm..I'm copy signature file from www.delok.net, because DELOK allways say "not signature file"! Maybe at this moment not work...not sure, but maybe at this moment is problem!
Where is *.PF file?

I'm return dongle to my friends who buy this original dongle (He say original!)

I think your dongle is not original, also u run new vers. software and now dongle is demaged. ASk your resseler and will recive all info

If u send me *.PF file i can give you all info.

i have the same problem with my delok dongler of philips. now it refuse to display its fingerprint, and the dongle is original got it from multi-com.

This Error it's well known on this dongle as already Irinel writes - please note that if it sudennly stops working somedays and you don't chaneg PC, install Antivirus (especiall from Symantec) or ZoneAlarm then it must be exchanged - ofcourse check first if port are in proper mode and USB works fine (if you are unsure you may connect external 5V supply by cutting one of USB cable buyed in electronic or computer shop and usign external power supply - please just be sure where are GND and +5V

if not help's - resend to us, we exchange to new one and you will recive new activation strings for Philips and NEC

I think my dongle is original because I get username and password for downloading files from delok.net!
I can't find *.PF file!
