mrs delok you wil lose you customers in this way

from 5 day ago I request the activation file, I already send you more then 6 email with PH file attach and one single mail when I forgot to attash this file. Until now I receipt only a responce from this mail (when I forgot to attash) when you ask for PH file.

Because I dont have more money to buy the rVolume dongle I wil wait for this damn activation file.

We reply on all activations requests every days. Some times our mails with activations return back to us due customer mailbox problems (account full, not exist, etc...)
Try to send mail from another mailbox

Yes its true,i sended my req to Mr.Delok,and the next day i received the account,not use free mail box i think

many times I demanded activations file from Mr.Delok and all the time I receive it whitout delay ...
never I didn't have problem.... for us Delok still the best

After my first post I receive the activation file, I put this new activation file in the same directory with exe and nothing happend, the same problem : "need activation file pls send the ph.prf to............."
What must doing now?

Anybody can help me?

Mrs Delok pls tell me what is need to do for receive one good activation file?

Mrs Delok I have many licensed software (lurker, UFS3, Blazer, etc) and from all I have good and fast support. From you I dont have. After 1 month you program ask for activation file (for no reason, I dont understand way) I already ask for the activation key from 2 diferent email, I receipt the same activation file but this not work. After that I send you back the PH.PRF file and teh not working activation file and ask for a good activation file. I send this request you both email act_request and delok@yahoo.com . Until this morning I dont receive nothing. I have customers who wait for unlok the Philips 355, 350 530 and I lose money.

If I dont receive my activation file in 2 days from now I will ask for the money from your dealer.

Finaly, my problem was resolve.

no need waiting file. buy dongle contascthim from www.gsmtool.ro . hi is can solve all problems with dongle.

i also send *.ph files already to get activation for 3 philips dongle but still waiting activation for that NO email NO reply
