S251 problems - GSM-Forum

Sorry for this stupid thread but I don't understand why I have a lot of S251 EC and 251 EE that don't have problem to connect and work with the delock dongle ( original .... by multicom ) and ....... a lot of S251 EH that recognize the ignition, and stay on reading phone info .... anybody can help me for that case.. ? is a test point to do ? what is the fonction of the third pad up to tx pad ?
I'm waiting since long time to get the username and password from delock

just to know thw diference between the S251 EH and S251 EE and EC series ?
