I am sure after some one answer your "flash" question you will ask "can it reapir dead phone?" and can it change IMEI etc etc
i advice not to buy the dongle just for P600 but go to some unlocking shop near you and get everything done

You can Flash DEAD phone easily

Just have to Flash Firmware , Flex
Rebuild IMEI & unlock

Have revived couple of Sendo Phone from Flashing
