Man i have purchase the dongle about four or five mounths and by the way are you delok or any member of his team to respond me ?
I'm a buyer of delok product and i have totally reason to give my opinion such if this this product is good as Gsmvolume or bad ... take a look at section Gsmvolume and you will see the difference

the customers don't want new box ... just a update ...
he don' t give update => no pb , they buy gsmvolume dongle. It is business

Every custumer have a choice - want to buy rVolume - no problem, want to buy DELOK also - Welcome.
But we dont make new update:
1. Coz it is already cracked.
2. Coz the hardware is too old - is not possible ti insert new algoritm inside.
3. Show me for example one products with 5 old support ;-))

That is why we make new box.

DELOK make free update for all custumer around 5 years!!!!

P.S. For few days will be new update for Philps DELOK and for Sendo also.

And for all exist custumer DELOK dongle - for all supported models in that time update will be for free in a future.
