| Error (00.01) I was using the "box II plus" this morning when "Box Error!!! Check cables, and press "Find Devices" button..." appeared. The box was warm and lights off. the testpoint adapter v3.0 red light is on. now the box is cool but do not work at all. I used martechCOM to connect the device but no result. Her is the last operation with it. I need help........!
