There is new update for SIEM Service Tools (v13.2)

new features:
- corrected LANG, T9 extraction from fullflash (button not active problem)
- corrected TP red line detection on SGOLD (for CLIP builded in adapter) - "Conected to GND" problem
- new version of CLIP's firmware
