2 credits lost again


i have w850i need to reset user lock it don ok but the user lock was not reset to 0000

why is that

the phone info is cid51

is there any problem

As you see on the screenshot it is not possible to mark "Reset user / lock code".

You should try reading it instead?

It is not possible to mark it at any time, so there is no way you have asked the software to reset user/lock code.

Total MultiServer works just as well as SE Tool and other hardware devices. The only big difference is that they dont target the same audience. All hardware devices are for pro / semi pro unlockers who want to earn money doing flashing, unlocking, repairing etc.

Total MultiServer, like other online tools, mostly target end users with their easy-to-use user interface. Unlike hardware devices, these tools must in the same time not be to advanced, and still be able to perform the needed advanced operations.

Total MultiServer accounts are sold only by resellers. This means if something goes wrong, you loose a credit, need support or anything.. you go to the reseller from which your bought the account for help. It does not help to seek support here as your reseller from which you bought the account will probably not read your request here.
Instead, email the reseller, send the the automaticly saved screenshot and .txt file from the error and they will help you fix the problem.

Some unofficial resellers sell accounts much cheaper than others. They can do this because they don't give very good end-support to their customers. So if you bought your login to cheap, and your reseller does not answer you, it's your own fault.

So please, buy from official resellers. Find all the official resellers here: www.gsmlogs.net. And understand that this forum is no longer an official support area. You can use this forum for anything you want, but you can not expect to get support from the Total MultiServer team here. If course they will do everything they can to help you out, but they simple do not have to time to handle all requests here.

i just finished 127 logs of tms and i still have 48 log to go its verey good

for sony ericsson i use it for k800i and k610i only its more stable than other tools
