well what am i doing wrong?
i start "program files to phone memory"

then holding C and connecting. after it says
"phone connected"
"start signal received"
"Phone Certificate:"

an then it stops. what's wrong????
it doesn't continue.

i have the exact same problem.
no1 helped me too despite all the emails ive sent

first of all, upgrade your client before each usage... 90% problems will be solved....

if no reply from your resellers, change your reseller by another helpful one
