Help with K750i. - GSM-Forum

Hi, somebody can help me? I bought my Sony Ericsson blocked K750i to the Optimus (In Portugal), already they had unblocked me , therefore my problem now is to erase firmware of the Optimus to put firmware original of Sony Ericsson, has used the Total program MultiServe v1.88 with handle DCU-60. Firmware of mine phone is:

I tried to install these filing-cabinets with MultiServe Total more v1.88 handle DCU-60...

FIRMWARE FILE: K750i_R1N005_ZONE_1_EU-EMEA-US

DEFAULT LANGUAGE: K750i_R1N005_EU1_EN_PT_ES_FR

But it gives an error to me: Invalid COLOR in the selected Files Flash! Please uses Files Flash with COLOR: Brown

But also already I tried with others files and always gives the same error to me... It will be that I am to make some thing badly?

Use K750 R1L002 or K750 R1J002 files.

That's possible in one case only. If do you have brown K750. What phone color show the program when you start the procedure? Are You sure that you have not mixed the files adviced by me with W800 R1L002 files?

The color the phone is Brown and i use this files...

Try R1K005 W800 files maybe with that it will work, but it will convert your phone to W800.

Then the best (and unique) choice is to buy a Multiserver cable if you wanna see your phone debranded.

As the error message said DCU-60 cannot be used for this purpose. As casinoman suggested get a decent Multiserver cable with the Fast Port connector.

well i also have the same problem. it's working fine with R1L002 but not with the files from the download list date 2005-09-11.

because of the color.

does anyone know when there will be new files with the right color?
