hi there R2T available for K608i CID37? - GSM-Forum

Hi TMS,
I am using TMS unlocked and debranded plus downgraded to R2F on my K608i CID37. It seems the latest stable firmware would be R2Txxx . And i noticed from the software for R2T for K608i in the download areas, it only says CID49. Any optioins for us CID37 users?

or we can simply flash those R2T into our phones?

Hi! Yes, you can flash R2T into your phone.

hi there, casinoman,
looking at the download area, i can see 2 firmware options:
1) R2F015 CID36 K608i
2) R2T002 Red CID49
so I can flash the R2T002 Red into my phone just like that? do i have to change the colour or anything first?

Nope you dont will flash as long as you have the correct cable

All's well, thanks for all the clarification.

PHone's flashed to R2T appears to be fairly stable. no worries. But I do have one question.

I have a few friends with original K600i (not my K608i). In the network menu, they have got all sorts of options like:

Select network, preferred network, Gsm-mode only, etc etc

BUT my phone only has select network and preferred network. Is there a way to enable these options back???
I would assume since I have debranded/upgraded and unlock my K608i, it should be the same as the rest?
