not always the same % mostly around 10-15 even got almost full bar once :P ; im using the multiserver cable with the black box on it. client version 1.83 of TMS.

firmware: W800i_R1K001_ZONE_1_EU-EMEA-US.75S
language default : W800i_R1K001_EU4_EN_DA_SV_NO_FI_IC.75D

Have i missed something when i set the whole thing up?
I've used all the different baudrates aswell...

You've a phone with crap hardware if your battery and cable is 100% ok.

What's the result if you try flash Delfang file with firmware file together?

Reflash firmware part with a K750 red firmware with Cruiser or TMS cable.
Then try flash K750 red flashes via DCU-60 cable! Result? Stops with DCU-60 cable too at deflang flashing?
