k790i error 002B41 - GSM-Forum

Hi guys,
I always get this error (002B41) when I try to debrand my K790i.
Can someone help me?
I sent the ats and jpg files since the version 2.26. And now I still have the same issue with the last version 2.34.
It seems this defect could not be fixed

Remember to use a full charged battery?

Oh yes, full charged. I did it so many times... But always the same message.

Sometimes I think you are right. But there are some many good feedbacks. Just hope this error occures so often for other users that TMS team has to fix it. Maybe.

I tried with the SE W850i. And the same error.
It seems it is not related to the models.

The both devices (w850 and k790i) are Orange branded.
