Is Multiserver is not able to unlock some new Z1010?? - GSM-Forum

I got 5 brand new ´Z1010 bought from a phonehouse in Sweden and locked to Telia.All having the firmware R1K.I can't even read CID of these Z1010 because the software tells me that the speed on the com port is too high,although I used the lowest speed.Of course I was then not able
neither to unlock nor flash and downgrade.It seems that multiserver is not able to send the loaders to these phones.This is not a cable problem or computer problem cause I was able to unlock other Z1010 with the same cable and computer.I tried another computer and another cable but the same error.
Murphy can you tell me whats the mattter??My customers are waiting for their phones.Thanks

Im waiting some reply in other thread where u posted the same msg...

pls dont ask same question in different threads cos we will take care only 1 time, so check your other post which is 95% like this one =)

Today got a new phone similar to the other phones,Davinci was not able to unlock it but TMS unlocked it with the new Client and without com connect problems.

and sorry for posting twice,didnt mean to make a bad publicity its just I was in panic with 5 new phones

.

For the other phones,before the new version was released,I had to recover them,reflash and then unlock which costed me 10 credits,but saved me from a customer who was nagging all the time for his phones
