phone stays at "please wait" after flashing

I downloaded TMS 2.03 client to upgrade my D750i (converted to W800 red long time ago, worked great) to W800 China R1AA008 firmware.
After finishing flash, phone stays at "please wait".

How could I get contacted TMS guys to get my credit to save my phone's life.

Emailed (ad******* found from TMS client) to onlinecrew@gmail.com and reportfiles@gmail.com , no any response!

I notice that after flashing 2 k700i that they say please wait for a little longer than normal before completely booting. This only happens the first time the phones are powered on after the flash.

You may want to just leave them there for a little while, eventually Please wait should go away.

also just try removing battery and replacing a few times to see if that helps.

good luck and let us know what happens and how you fix it.

Sincerely,
--Corey

Still not hope.
the phone stays "please wait", after 10 minutes or so, it turns itself off.
Power on again, same again!
Email-ed to TMS , but no reply at all!
